Halfords - Bexhill

Amazing service! I ordered the wrong bike for my son. Entirely my fault! But the Halfords team (one gentleman in particular, whose name I can't remember) ordered the correct bike on my behalf and it was in store and built in time for Christmas. My son is over the moon. Thank you so much!

Popped in to pick something up - staff were really helpful and patient as I did not have a clue what I needed really but I was kindly guided in the right direction and left with the right item. The shop was very clean and orderly and obviously well managed. Lots of parking outside too . Thanks for your help guys !

Bike was ready ahead of time. Staff were knowledgable, efficient & friendly. Covid procedures were more than adequate and seemed to be fully adhered to by staff & customers. A good experience on this occasion (as is normal at this store in my experience)
