Everybody is really helpful but as usual in Currys very few know what they're talking about or are trained in what you want to know. However it was an absolute pleasure to be directed to an older gentleman who as well as being able to actually hold a social conversation was able to sort me and my paperwork out painlessly and pleasantly. Wish there was more of them in Currys not everyone wants to know about x boxes or PlayStation as a tech savvy 70 year old it's very wearing to have to actively seek knowledge when trying to purchase things. Nice store. Good parking.

horrible service，dont come here buy anything.i buy the wash machine and fridge here，pay for 20pounds for delivery，get the wash machine，found have water inside and dust outside,call customer sevice，told me it is for test，that why have water inside，if unhappy go to store for exchange.i use wash machine for 2days，it is very noise，the machine shaking，moving out，the picture show.then i go to store,give me number to call Beko，they dont have enginener,they cant do anything for me，they dont responsible for the customer，if you pay the money，big lier，they said have 1year warranty，warranty for what？？？

Just rang up about my 65 insh tv being fix first thay got my post code wrong and then saying they not got a part to fix after I brought the tv for 3 of 4 hundred pounds useless people
