I arrived at 4.20pm to buy a TV I left at 5pm without buying anything, customer service non existing, a sales person came look at a tv Next to me, did not ask if I needed assistance and as quick as he came he left. The store was not busy think I counted 3 customers in store, sadly I would not recommend BCC for anything, I would travel to next town before buying anything from them.

Beautiful store, reasonable price, quality name brand appliances. Friendly staff. Good location, warantee on all appliances. I bought all my appliances there, home delivery, free assemble of appliances that need to be assemble. You wont regret shopping there.
