Lovely shop, were quick to respond to a query about buying something but ignored my request for info on their returns policy when I needed to take it back which is poor customer service. Won't shop there again

Prices are reasonable and a mass of fabrics (for chairs, curtains, etc) to choose from. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

The furniture they've repeatedly produced for us is stunning, unique and reflects an evolution of what i 'wanted'. Fabric choice is first class too.
