The mystical ghost town of Doel. Have a look before it is not a ghost town anymore! As Doel is considered by the federal state as open again, people will start moving there again. This is just the best place to take the most beautiful pictures! Between 10pm in the evening and 6am in the morning, you need to check in with your id card to enter the city. Avoid weekend visit though because it is already very crowded and takes the mystic away of a ghost town.

Bijzondere ervaring om het stadje Doel te ervaren
De Doolen in het dorp Doel, gelegen in de Belgische provincie Oost-Vlaanderen en een deelgemeente van Beveren. Doel raakte sinds de jaren zestig bekend door uitbreidingsplannen voor de haven van Antwerpen die het dorp zouden laten verdwijnen. Sinds 1998 zijn er plannen voor een nieuw dok dwars over het dorp. De Doolen, spookdorp, heel uniek en er kunnen prachtige foto’s worden gemaakt.
Toeristische trekpleister. Nederlanders mogen helaas niet het terein oprijden met hun auto. Deze moet je 800 meter voor het dorp parkeren. Te voet is het zeer goed te doen!
