I have used Bevan Surveyor's Ltd upon recommendation from a friend for a Buyer's Survey of a property which I am currently purchasing. Jonathan's pricing was very competitive but more importantly, he demonstrated excellent knowledge/expertise and was extremely helpful in taking the time to explain any points we did not understand. He produced a very detailed survey report and demonstrated a great level of professionalism and commitment in taking on his work. I would employ his services again if needed and recommend using Bevan Surveyors Ltd.

As first time buyers, we used Bevan Surveyors for our Homebuyer Survey. Jonathan was quick to respond to emails, was reasonably priced and didn't try to up-sell me to a structural survey as he didn't believe this was required, which is a nice trait to see :). Unlike the other surveyors I contacted, Jonathan was pleasant and easy to deal with. Jonathan's report was highly detailed and informative. When our first property fell through, we used Bevan Surveyors again as we had a very good experience with them. Would highly recommend.
I'd contacted more than 10 surveyors to obtain quotes and Jonathan, who also had one of the best reviews, was one of the most reasonably priced. Whilst his schedule was a bit busier than others, I was willing to wait for this service to ensure the survey was completed properly. Following the survey, Jonathan completed and sent the report within two days. The report was clear and easy to navigate with various recommendations in terms of the properties condition and works, along with a red book valuation and reinstatement cost for insurance pruposes. Jonathan also had a call with me following my review of the report to discuss any concerns I had, which was extremely useful. Would highly recommend if you want peace of mind when purchasing a property.
