Cute Boutique! I bought two things online and have no problems with the fit. Granted it should be noted that i don't like overly tight and fitted clothing and neither items I bought were yet still fit true to size. I will be buying more here for certain.

This boutique has cute clothes, but terrible customer service. Purchased a skirt (loved it), but shrunk horribly the first time it was washed. (cold water, and hang to dry just like the tag said). Contacted the shop with my original receipt and photos. They send a 1-2 sentence reply stating that they \could not help me\. Now I'm stuck with a skirt lining hanging out the bottom, because the top layer shrunk so badly. Bummer. Total waste.
Buyers beware!! Read their reviews before your purchase!! Terrible experience! They’re clothes are not true to size. I purchased two dresses and went to return them only to find our I not only had to pay for shipping to send them back but had to also pay a restocking fee of 7.50 per item! WTH? Please people read their return policy before you decide to purchase from this company online. I had terrible customer service when I called the Rockford number. You pay a hefty price with this company!! Shame on you Betsy! Better business bureau will be getting a review as well tomorrow! Their customer service department told me they haven’t had any complaints about their return policy! Well they haven’t looked on their reviews lately now have they!
Be warned that sizes run extremely large. I ordered several tops in size small and am going to have to have all but one of them altered. They honestly fit more like a medium to large. And these aren’t a “blousy” or loose fit, they are extremely oversized for claiming to be size small. If the return policy wasn’t so stringent I would just return them. I learned my lesson and won’t purchase from this shop again.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! There is a reason that this shop has received so many poor reviews! I'm not even sure how they've managed to keep three stars after looking through the MANY one-star reviews. I ordered from Betsey's Boutique because they are a local business. I trusted that they would be a respectable company, but I unfortunately learned otherwise. Their eturn policy\ is actually NOT a return policy, it's an exchange policy. You will never get your money back, but you get issued store credit instead even though you pay return shipping and all items are in perfect condition. This policy is not stated at checkout but in fine print at the bottom of their website. To make matters worse, you cannot use credit in-store where you can actually try something on to prevent further buy/return situations. You also cannot return merchandise to the store but instead are required to pay return shipping. Betsey's Boutiqe Shop has horrible customer service and rigid policies. They are a tremendous disappointment to customers that try to support the local economy. I've purchased from many other area boutiques and have never encountered such outrageous policies. In fact, most businesses have gone out of their way to be flexible during the pandemic. Not Betsey's. Shame on you, Betsey's, for taking people's money and refusing to allow refunds. How in the world do you expect people to take the risk of buying online knowing (or not knowing) they can't even get a refund? Well I for one won't make that mistake again, and I'll make sure to share my experience with others to prevent more people from making the same mistake.
