We had a very warm welcome this morning. The service (and adherence to Covid-19 guidelines) was excellent. We had Eggs Royale which was beautifully presented and very tasty; and the coffee really good. Fantastic value for money! We returned later this afternoon hoping to have afternoon tea ... but sadly they had closed ️

Our first trip to Dartmouth since lockdown. Our favourite cafe bistro was closed so we found Beth's Bistro. And what a good choice. A comprehensive menu and extras on a blackboard as well. We both had beetroot and feta cheese salad which was excellent. Very welcoming and good service. We will be back. Cullen Skink and a smoked haddock main dish look appealing. It was good to eat out after 107 days !!

Whenever we are in Dartmouth we pop in for Breakfast. I always like to try something different, and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent and friendly, and nothing seems to much trouble. And as for the food, what an amazing start to the day with what is possibly the best breakfast menu ever. An amazing selection, even a few things I wouldn't expect to see. From full English to toast, and everything in between. Next time we are there I'm going for the kedgeree....... Never thought I'd see that on a menu in Dartmouth. The Salcomb kipper is amazing, as is the full English. And Beth's English muffin, with traditional Scottish Haggis topped poached eggs is possibly the ultimate starter for the day. Highly recommended

Looking for somewhere to have breakfast with my family whilst staying in Kingswear. So after getting the 2 min ferry trip across came across this little gem of a place which was dog friendly. Very pleasant staff took our details for track and trace and saw us to our table. I had eggs benedict Royale, which I have to say was the tastiest and well presented breakfast I've had in a very long time. My wife and 2 children had the full English, which they struggled to eat (and that was the smaller of the 2 choices!) It came with 2 rounds of toast. The orange juice was with bits, juat how it should be in my opinion. Will certainly return next time we visit the wonderful Dartmouth. Great work team, keep it up!!

*** Dog Friendly *** What an absolute gem. Small family run business. Food was amazing, with lots of choice, we had 2 crab sandwiches which staff told us were caught at 4am that morning. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Please look this place up....you won’t be disappointed!
