ID Center was helpful, just need to wait for your turn. Mary was very professional and helpful. Parking is an issue and may cars were parked illegally maybe due to the construction near Bldg 17 where the ID center is.
The web maintainers need to update the link(s) related to the WRNMMC gate schedules. There is at least one ‘dead link’ I encountered. I never found the info I needed.
ID card office. Possibly under staffed. Definitely curt...bordering on surly. Does not accept military ID as an ID unless you have another form of ID? Made an appointment...arrived early...treated as a walk-in. One hour later...still waiting. I was told I had an appointment. Use the automated appointment system. They will apparently lie to you over the phone. Two hours later.. No end in sight.
