Jim Coleman Cadillac is Bethesda is a wonderful business. We recently purchased a new Cadillac and were treated so respectfully. Ronald is the best! He gave us all the details of the different vehicles and gave us space to discuss our options. Once we had test driven and decided on a vehicle Stu went through all the paperwork and financing. He explained everything very clearly so anyone would be able to understand. He was very friendly and helpful and was genuinely happy for us! He provided the information I requested and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. Coleman Cadillac Service has really stepped up their game. I have an excellent service adviser, Anton, who goes way beyond expectations. He schedules me ASAP, offers a loaner, communicates progress, and returns my car in clean condition with every successful maintenance or repair (which have been few with my CT6 for the 2 years of ownership). I commend the service department for improvements over the past couple of years, and I also highly recommend Anton if you want a great service experience.
