As residents of the Flats at Bethesda Avenue for over four years now, we are extremely happy with our apartment home. It’s really the best place to live in downtown Bethesda. We love the amenities which include a great roof terrace with lots of comfortable seating, an outdoor fireplace, a large commercial gas grill and very fast WiFi. The apartments are very well planned, and include great sound separation between units. Management and maintenance are quick to resolve any issue. Great views of downtown or a nice quiet courtyard if you prefer. Lots of very large windows, granite counters, wood and ceramic floors and 9 foot tall ceilings create a very luxurious experience. We particularity like the big glass enclosed shower and the deep soaking tub. Our unit includes a very cool 4 foot wide sliding wood and glass barn door on our smaller bedroom which we use as a den. This big door allows lots of light, and when the door is open the room, feels connected to our living space. Very clever design! Be sure to check out the Flats if you are looking for the coolest place to live in downtown Bethesda.

I'm in my 4th year at Flats at Bethesda Avenue and am pleased with how the building is managed. The staff is very responsive and always a pleasure to work with, maintenance is always fast and effective, and the cleaning crew here is phenomenal. The courtyard has a very nice fountain/water feature, and the camellias and roses are delightful.

I had an awesome experience visiting Flats at Bethesda Avenue! Bridget and Paul were so helpful in making my apartment search as easy as possible. They gave every bit of information I could have needed, and made my decision making process very easy. I would highly recommend looking into moving into this awesome building with their awesome staff!

My family moved into Flats at Bethesda Avenue one year after it opened and have lived in 3 different units during the past 4 years. Great building, great location, great people in the property management. I specifically wanted to point out Assistant Property Manager, Paul Dolan. I have been renting in more than 10 different building with various property managers in the past 38 years, but I have never meet anyone as amazing as Paul Dolan. I first experienced an extended interaction with Paul Dolan was when our apartment suffered water damage when the fire sprinklers were accidently triggered in a unit above us. They set up loud drying units and Paul arranged for my family to stay in a hotel. However, there was some issue when my family arrived at the hotel, and Paul, who was driving home at the time, turned around and went directly to the hotel to straighten out everything. For 8 days, until our unit damage was fixed, Paul communicated with me multiple time a day and keep all my concerns in mind. Paul also helped with our recent move within the building that involved painting accent walls in our new unit. What makes Paul so special is that he really cares about the people who live in Flats at Bethesda Avenue. He is calm, relaxed and a good listener. Paul thorough, dedicated and resolves or follows up on any issues that arise. Paul it my all-time favorite property manager. He is such a nice person who cares about the tenets. Of all the great things about Flats at Bethesda Avenue, Paul is the best part.
