We recently purchased a car from Besthorpe Motor Company and I can't recommend them highly enough! Lewis provided a very professional service, explained details about the car and left us to ourselves to look around. He was very happy to allow us to take the car for a test drive around the industrial estate for as long as we needed. It's very clear that Lewis takes great pride in the work he does. All of the cars appeared very well looked after and are all fairly priced. Buyers can definitely buy with confidence here and I shall definitely remember to check Besthorpe Motor Company's stock for my next car! I contacted Lewis a few weeks after picking up the car asking whether he could let me know the colour name of the car as I remember him mentioning that he had touch-up paint for it. He very kindly (and very quickly!) took the time to provide me with a photo of the touch-up set he had and what we need to look for.

My experience of this seller was outstanding. I'd visited a number of dealers who were out to make a quick buck. Not here. Every aspect of the buying experience was smooth. He did exactly what he said he would on time and with superb efficiency. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. And we had a follow up issue which was resolved entirely to our satisfaction. You will have to go a long way to find a dealer who takes this much care with his customers. Thank you.
