**EDIT** \ Refund paid this afternoon\ Thank you ! After reading the reviews on this company I had no hesitation in using them. Gary who sold me the bed was very knowledgeable and polite and I had no hesitation in ordering a bed base from them. I even got NHS discount. I Ordered a kingsize otterman end lift divan base and was told it could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered but would probably be less. At the end of the six weeks I rang to find out where my bed was as I hadn't heard anything from them. After a bit of digging from them I was told they weren't actually sure where my bed was. After this I had to keep ringing up to find out what was happening as no one was keeping me informed. It was very frustrating ! I was told I would get a 50 refund and some pillows as way of a gesture of good will.....so far I have received 1 pillow for me king-size bed but no refund ! I gave them 2 stars as I eventually got the bed but for me the customer service was terrible !!

Brilliant experience with these lads from the minute I walked in till I got my bed delivered always kept me in the loop of where my bed was and when to expect it kind caring and like to have a laugh nice warmly welcome and great beds with great quality and even better the price was fab too as the bed i got was a lot more in 2 other bed shops I had visited will be back for beds for my kids thanks bestsleep
Won a competition on the page for a new bed and mattress. It arrived so quickly from us picking what colour we wanted, I was so surprised, we hadn’t even taken the old bed down yet. We’re so pleased with the quality that we have been to the showroom this week and ordered bunk beds for the kids. Very pleased with the price and the service.
