Awful really, what more can i say, willing to lie to your face twice, and repeat the same lie! There was no need at all, the truth was fine too... at least the truth could've made them some more money!! But hey, poor customer service can only reflect on your profit! People are not stupid, they'll catch your lie especially when you think you're bright enough to repeat it! I wondee if the owner knows what his employees r doing. Just Stay away for your own sanity.

Asked for a certain tonic wine to be ordered in. Was ordered the following week. No problem at all.
Not fit for purpose. Only normally one staff member. Young guy stood behind till, on personal mobile, ignoring customers stood at till for ages. Not very bright. Can't work out simple services, so claims they don't provide them. Wouldn't pass safety or food health inspection. Uneven & slippy surfaces in shop, plenty of hazards. Ice creams obviously thawed & refrozen. Gets business only because many locals don't have a car or think it will be quicker than the Sainsburys or Wokingham post office. When it took over the postal service contract, locals were really done a disservice. The location is good & service is needed there. But this shop is just not up to the job & refuses to provide even basic services.
