3 out of 4 items of my order were left sat on the counter, going cold, for well over 5 minutes while my final item was being prepared. I would have said something but the staff seemed too busy arguing amongst themselves. Then I get home to find they've neglected to put the salad in my burger. Very disappointing. I stopped ordering for delivery because the orders often turned up wrong or with missing items. Wont be buying from here again. Which is a shame, when they get it right the food is great. The service, however, is awful.

No very good didnt look like the kebab picture on the window
Passing through Hastings, thought I would pop in here and have something to eat. Friendly staff, I come from a butchering family and ordered the chicken shish, meat looked fresh and salad was also fresh. Customer service was excellent. If I ever come to Hastings in the future I will eat here again. Price is reasonable as well for portion size.
Best Kebab indeed. Always great. Only downside is that on my last delivery I found a big long hair in my shish. Didn't bother me too much as I've got a strong stomach, but the Mrs nearly choked. At least it wasn't curly and it's not put me off as the food is so tasty. One thin I would say, I've been in there when they have been preparing the delivery orders. Why put customers orders on the counter? It's very unhygienic as you also have people in the shop ordering and breathing all over the orders. You should have a screen up. In short, wear head caps and protect the food for delivery. Also, card payments should be mandatory, stop saying your card machine is broken and you only want cash.
It is one of my favorite kebab shop I highly recommend to kebab lovers
