Best at Flooring

A very poor experience. I was sent the wrong flooring and then once this was sorted the flooring I received was sub standard. They sent an evaluator around to assess the flooring where they decided that it was me who damaged the flooring. Absolute poppycock. I am now having to pay a solicitor to get the money back but will be out of pocket on their fees. Avoid. I think a lot of the 'good' reviews are their friends. Dear Best @ Flooring. I see your reply where you try to pretend that I don't have an order. The reason you can't locate the order is because it was ordered in my partners name. I am surprised you have no knowledge of this order. For me it is just an attempt to discredit my review and brush a terrible customer experience under the carpet.

Absolute con. Ordered 5 packs of Karndean Korlok and was advised it was in stock and free delivery. Now they are saying they have 5 packs but they are in the warehouse and want 50 delivery.I asked them to wave this as per their advert but declined.I shall be taking this to advertising standards and rogue traders.

I wasn't sure which flooring I wanted for my bathroom, so I took the advice of one of the sales team. She helped me choose the type of flooring I wanted and even the colour. I loved it so much I got the same flooring, Amtico, for my kitchen. I have recommended this company to my friends, excellent service and very competitive prices. Well done!

We've just had some laminate delivered and the quality is excellent and just what we expected. It all arrived on time. Charlotte helped us out and her experience and advise made for a great experience . We'll certainly use Best at Flooring again and have already recommend you to others.
