Beautiful setting and wonderful chef that made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped inside. Loved the food and the creativity. I can't think of a one small negative detail so I'll probably end this review by saying that we will definitely be back here!

Bessem was an extraordinary journey where taste and refinement beguile every palate. We fois gras chocolate lollipops are an exquisite explosion of flavours which we would remember for a long time. Service was impeccable and waiters friendly.

Memorable evening, above average and very creative food. Surprise menus according to each guest's taste and allergies . Desserts to die for. Excellent and friendly service. Beautiful setting. I highly recommend it .

Absolutely excellent! Everything was perfect at our lunch at Bessem in early October 2019. We will return as this restaurant is also close to our home in Auribeau-sur-Siagne.

Currently the best restaurant in Mandelieu. Creative dishes, a good wine list and friendly service makes this restaurant an undiscovered jewel 5-10 minutes walking distance from the touristic part of Mandelieu-La Napoule. The prices are maybe 2-3 higher than on the \touristic paths\ of Mandelieu but the quality of the dishes is far far better than the food offered by the other restaurants in the town. The fifth Google star will come if you will maintain the quality in the next 1-2 years,
