Very unimpressed. New system installed at my home - HIK-Connect by Bespoke Telecoms. After changing my router the connection to the HIK app is lost. The only system setup like this in my home, the rest including alarm all switched over fine. This apparently cannot be changed in the App and incurs a 140 fee for Bespoke Telecoms to change the setting - seems they hard coded the IP address, rending the system unusable on our mobile phones after about 1 month, unless we pay them. If HIK systems require hardcoding then why use such systems when everything these days is flexible - including our alarm system so it can't be a security issue. I would look for another service provider for sure, not this company.

Superb! Bespoke have provided phone/door entry/CCTV systems to over 50 of my own high profile clients in the last 10 years, each with advanced, large scale systems. Their knowledge and service is second to none, certainly the best I've come across so we can't recommend them highly enough.
