We are still waiting for a quote from June and have had absolutely no response to any of our emails regarding this. Our project was not massive and the budget reflected this. I am guessing here, but if Bespoke are that busy they are in a position to cherry pick projects based on their size (and by definition their budget), they could perhaps consider how this impacts on potential clients who, although perhaps not as likely to spend as much as others, are still willing to invest in their services. If they are indeed that busy that they are unable to respond to any correspondance for five months, perhaps they should consider employing someone to take this on. Unfortunately, we have had similar feedback about Bespoke from a number of other sources. I can only talk about our experience but this is no way to treat customers and not a business model to be proud of. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

I cannot recommend this company enough, I would give more than 5 stars if possible, if you want a WOW cinema room. I contacted Gifford during the first lock down back in June with my enquiry. He contacted us back straight away, and then continued with the correspondence via E mail and phone to get a thorough idea of our expectations and budget. After lockdown he came within a very short time span to view the room and give us various options, as we had provisionally started to build the room with soundproof and electrical. Gifford actually suggested flipping the room around to our original plan and it was this suggestion that has actually made it the WOW factor and allowed us to go from a 6 seater to a 10 seater and still feel very roomy. His knowledge of sound and the equipment required is exceptional, my partner and 2 of my sons then visited his showroom so that he could explain and show us in layman's terms. He is very conscious of budgets and is not pushy with sales talk, even though we went over budget I felt it was totally our choice to do so, and could have gone higher in which he stated it wasn't necessary to get the effect we required. The choice of speakers and projector and bespoke screen and fabric extra sound proof walls actually make the cinema room better than any cinema I have ever been to. Gifford and Paul don't just fit this but also have a great aftercare service. From start to finish it took about a month with 3/4 visits, and was completely finished for us to enjoy well before the last lockdown. Thank you Gifford, Paul and team for being so professional but also making it so personal for giving us a fantastic cinema that we will be able to enjoy with family and friends in years to come, once all the restrictions are lifted.

Bespoke carried out a complete smart upgrade to our nearly two hundred years old house in an extremely professional, sympathetic and incentive way. Careful integration of lighting, video and audio distribution, a dedicated cinema room and comprehensive security system carried out with the minimum disruption. Simple family friendly control of everything courtesy of Control 4 system. I'm already thinking of adding more!
