Attractive setting among fields with views over local landscape of arable land, pastures and woods. Good for access to nearby villages (Chirnsode, Ayton, etc) and nearby coast (St Abbs) etc. Small site, good pitches with water and EHU at each. Warm welcome from very hospitable hosts, providing clear information on arrival. Great basic facilities with outdoor toilets, shower, and kitchen cabins all well presented. During COVID they are taking their responsibilities seriously, facilities regularly cleaned, with refuse and recycling taken care of.

Outstanding little campsite. Stayed there for a few nights in July, and would happily have stayed longer. Diligent hosts, really have thought through what people would like and need from a campsite. Excellent facilities, and lots of space. Many thanks to the hosts.

Lovely campsite with plenty of space onlooking fields with grazing animals. We happened to see a deer one evening coming out of a nearby field! We also had fresh eggs every morning from the owners who sold their own eggs. Would definitely go again! Thank you

Lovely quiet spot and ultra clean facilities. A good bonus to have nice ground to get the pegs in when camping as well.

Amazing stay in the shepherd's hut here. Facilities are excellent and Allison is an amazing host. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer - we didn't want to leave!
