After he got most of the money he treated it like a side job. Never finished, damaged walls, improperly installed windows and doors, didn't use the proper drywall for the bathroom, over charged for items and didn't remove items from bill that were eliminated. Actually hung Bedroom doors upside down. Held up other contractors from doing their work. There is more, lots more but I will save it for later. I hope this saves someone. I notice he gave himself a nice high rating here as well as 3 friends of his. Sad!
Josh is a great person. Easy to talk to and honest. Gets the job done fast with great quality
Installed a steel roof March of 2019, leaks started Nov 2019, called for repair, was told be out in couple of days, no show, I have ceiling damage from this leak, does not return calls or messages, another fly by night, Had problem investigated by professional roofers, found out the chimney was not flashed. NOT RECCOMENDED. Did not want to give even one star but had to in order to post. Take note that he even comes here and adds a five star no comment review to up his star rating. Totally untrustworthy. Asked one of his crew who was the licensed carpenter, was told that no-one in that company is a licensed carpenter.
The poorest work and the poorest response when asked to make this mess right. They never came back. The worse I have ever had do any work in all my life.
