We buy all our home building supplies from Fraser’s and generally have had good experiences. Today, we were advised we needed a new cord for our generator (still no power) and we were directed to go to Fraser’s. The gentleman at the electrical counter was rude and extremely unprofessional. I left (in tears as he was also mean and condescending) and he continued the conversation with the next client in line. « Why would we have supplies for a generator. We just had a hurricane » the answer to the question was that we phoned prior to coming to the store and were assured they had the required part. I understand tempers May be short after the storm but that doesn’t make it ok to be rude and unprofessional. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thankfully the people in kingston are professional and approchable.
