Absolutely amazing food, made with local produce, executed to perfection and with imagination. I had the marinated fish trio as a starter, undescribably delicious; same can be said about the fish main course with pistacho sauce and lavender creme brulé. The local wine was also really nice. The waiter provided an excellent service explaining everything in a good English, all I can say its a loss not to try this place when in Martigues.
