Love the Yamaha 212x! This our second one. The difference is the first one we bought in Temecula and this one at Bert’s - the boat is Yamaha at both but much better service at Bert’s! Truly white glove service from browsing online, phone call service and sales help. Ask for Lucas - absolutely great. He even came in on his day off to help. On the way out helped make sure our lights were fixed. So impressive. Thanks for your great service.
Bert’s Mega Mall doesn’t disappoint. Been going there since 2005. My kids love it. My oldest boys are know taking their kids there for gear and bikes. Many thanks to all the employees there. They are awesome.
Great experience! No wait to get in, great customer service(not pushy), and a pretty good selection of Polaris side by sides. Motocross bikes were limited.
In and out experience. Things are a little different due to the pandemic, but the employees aren't hesitant to help someone when they can. I came in knowing what bike I wanted, and the entire transaction took maybe 45 minutes at most. After a quick walk through and going over the bike, they even helped me load it up in the back of my truck and tie it down. Definitely coming back for my next bike purchase when the time comes.
