Very very good. We went here to see how it was since the new company came in. Atmosphere is nice and chill, the music is gospel oriented and the staff are very happy and will sing along to the music! The food is amazing. My boss and I got the sliced brisket plate. The bun is toasted well and was just a little hard on the edge, but it doesn't take away from the sandwich as a whole. The meat is a real special treat. It is soft, very juicy and has a very unique flavor profile. The barbecue sauce is good but if your not into spicy, you'll want to be sparing with it. The combination of toasted bun, meat and sauce.... yeah its good. The side I chose, was the smoked mac n cheese. The smokey flavor adds a nice edge to the overall flavor of the cheese. The dish was well prepared not too runny, and not dry....perfect. The tea is fresh and is made just right. I also had the opportunity to meet the owners they are just pure and simply put....good people. My first experience will definitely bring me back for a second visit and I'll bring my family next time.

My first visit but there will be many more. Their brisket is moist, succulent and tender. The sides, especially the beans and mac n cheese, are killer. This is amongst the best bbq joints in the entire state. Kudos to this friendly, hard working family!
We ordered the chopped beef sandwich and a chopped beef baked potato and a side of potato salad. The chopped brisket was absolutely perfect on both the sandwich and the potato. The potato salad was also very delicious. I was very impressed by the fact they seasoned the potato before they added the toppings. I have never seen a restaurant do this and I always complain that at other places the potato is bland. Overall, we were very very satisfied by the food and will be back!!
The best BBQ I've had in an long time. Good BBQ is hard to find now of days but I found an new spot today. My family will most definitely be back. Everything we tried was delicious, most definitely the BBQ baked potatoes and 7up cake.
Excellent food. I believe their ribs are better than Risky's. The brisket and chicken was quite tasty too. My only complaint is that they were out of several of the items we wanted to try....this was because of the late hour of the day. We will definitely return
