I was called in as agency worker throughout a difficult time where staff had to isolate and cannot recommend Bernash Care Home enough, the staff are all very polite and respectful towards care to residents, the residents are all happy and well cared for with all needs met. Management, team leaders and all involved alike are all such lovely people who put themselves out to work 30 plus hours straight if needed which you don't see anywhere else. Me personally have thoroughly loved my time working here and will always be open to work if required. Highest respect to everyone involved with Bernash Care Home keep up the amazing work you guys do.

My Uncle has been in Bernash care home for the last 2 weeks..i cannot believe the difference in him...he looks like his old self again..laughing and joking he is clean shaven spotlessly clean..his appetite is back..i cannot thank Shelley and all the staff enough.for the difference they have made not just to my uncle..but us as well knowing he is cared for properly and is happy again..now we as a family can relax knowing he is safe and well..the staff keep us informed of all that we need to know and are so lovely.. Bernash is an excellent care home. The staff are all wonderfully supportive of both the residents and their families. Management are always happy to listen, inform and advise whenever necessary. The staff put on wonderful activities throughout the day and hats off to the chef for producing delicious food. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. The facilities are excellent and there is a lovely warm atmosphere and a welcome for both residents and their families. I would thoroughly recommend Bernash to anyone considering residential care.

My aunty Margie has been there a long time and loves it. The care is amazing the staff are great....my family have no worries about her being there.
The girls at the Home are always going the extra mile in their care for my uncle and the other residents. They are all very professional and I know he is in safe hands always, the word Care really means care at this home.
