I ordered from the online store and the order was quickly prepared and shipped and they really showed how professional they are: I ordered a mini-smokemachine, but I didn't really knew how it worked, so I didn't take all the pieces needed for it to work. So when they were assembling the machine they took the time and effort to write to me, telling me that the machine alone wouldn't work and that I needed some extra pieces and they asked if I intended to buy them. They then told me exactly what pieces to buy and what to write on the order to make sure that it will all be shipped together. Literally the day after I received the package with everything in it, and I chose the option post B. So all in all, 10/10 would recommend

Just ordered 3 square meters of foam and the bundle arrived nicely wrapped to my doorstep in Ticino (completely intact) in less than a week. Good EVA is hard to come by, but Mamike has everything a crafty heart may desire.
Fantastic and very helpful staff! What they don't have on stock mamike will try to get it for you. Lots of tools and materials for cosplay and they offer workshops to get you started. 5/5 well deserved!
