Excellent service from Mr Heutschi himself who took the time to show us around the show room himself and was very helpful and knowledgable. I got the sense that Mr Heutschi was genuinely interested in helping me find the right piano and not just trying to sell us something he had in stock. I was impressed by the wide range of pianos available to suit a range of budgets from new top-of-the-line grands to second hand entry level pianos. The second hand pianos I tried were all in very good condition with prices comparable to other dealers.
Ich habe am 10. Februar 2021 ein Kawai E8-Klavier gekauft (Rechnung 2100401) und war meiner Meinung nach nicht gut bedient. Wir haben fast eine halbe Stunde darauf gewartet, dass Sie die Rechnung vorbereiten. Er wollte, dass wir das Klavier (CHF 1660) ohne Box im Regen nehmen. Er versprach einen Rabatt für Barzahlung, den er später nicht machte. Hässliche Einstellung für jemanden, der etwas so Edles wie ein Klavier verkauft.
