I studied acupuncture and the basic training in Chinese medicine here for 3 years and would have continued to study if I had not left Berlin. It is an amazing school where you gain so much insight and depth of knowledge in a short time. The teaching team is made up of highly skilled and experienced practitioners who all have their own practices as well as teaching at the school. They bring a wealth of real-life knowledge to the training program. The school clinic allows the students to gain many hours of experience whilst under supervision and people on lower incomes can take advantage of this and get treatments at a reduced cost. As a student, practicing at the student clinic under supervision was one of my absolute highlights, because I was able to see the power of the medicine working, despite my being a novice. I feel totally ready and equipped to start a practice of my own now from what I learned in the course. I am a native English speaker but despite the majority of the course being in the German language I was able to understand the course content. Many of the text books are in English also so non-native speakers of German who are curious to study Chinese medicine can definitely manage the course.

Ich habe diese Schule zunächst als Patientin erlebt (behandelt von Schüler*innen der Akupunkturklassen). Schon damals fiel mir die Professionalität der heranreifenden Therapeut*innen sehr positiv auf, und dank der Supervision durch erfahrene und sehr zugewandte Lehrkräfte fühlte ich mich jederzeit bestens betreut. Vor allem halfen die Behandlungen hervorragend gegen meine Dauer-Sinusitis! Später wurde ich selber zur Studentin der Chinesischen Medizin: ich habe am Shou Zhong die Akupunktur- und Arzneitmittelausbildungen absolviert, außerdem Tuina gelernt. Das waren sehr intensive, lehrreiche und wunderschöne Jahre - und ein solides Fundament für die Gründung meiner eigenen Praxis für Chinesische Medizin. Danke an alle!
