Very well stocked however most unfriendly and discouraging service. When I buy a nice whiskey I want it to be an engaging experience and not feel like a criminal.
When I entered I was barked at by the man behind the counter. He asked what I wanted and when I said pipe tobacco he weakly point towards it. After 5 minutes of looking he came around the corner and yelled at my friends and me that we must leave if we were not buying. I told him that I was still looking and he said fine but my friends must leave. So I left too. Horrible service They had a good selection of tobacco and rum, though.
Nice little shop that has a good variety of spirits, cigars, pipe tobacco and accessories. Staff is super helpful and they speak english.

Sconsigliatissimo. Un signore,forse dalle descrizioni il proprietario, ci ha urlato addosso,sgarbatamente,terrorizzando mio figlio di 5 anni perché a suo dire eravamo da troppo tempo dentro (stavamo cercando una rivista). Comportamento disdicevole,chi svolge lavori a contatto col pubblico non dovrebbe comportarsi così. Evitatelo. Non è peraltro la prima volta che ci entro,vivendo in zona mi è capitato spesso di comprare biglietti bvg od altre cose: sempre scortesi,sempre. Qui di amichevole non c'è nulla,rappresenta la Berlino insoddisfatta ed aggressiva che talvolta i turisti vivono.
