Absolutely unprofessional. They are more than happy to offer you the position you had applied for, but the moment any question is asked regarding the contract, they suddenly announce that the job offer is withdrawn. I have learned my lesson - stay away from these people.

This has been the worst place to apply to so far, over three months with different applications and no one gets back to you. In over three months of calls, I have only spoken to people on two occasions both very unhelpful. It makes no sense to have a business number that never gets picked up and the recorded message asks you to call them back on a week day from 10:00am to 18:00pm (I mean, i'm calling you on Tuesday at 11:23am) Same positions are recycled on job search platforms which makes me wonder if they just put these ads for show. I went against most of the reviews and applied now I wish I hadn't wasted my time. To anyone planning to apply at Sykes, do so at your own peril, they do not care about when you apply, imagine what happens if by some sheer bad-luck you get hired; prepare to be a cog in the wheel! I would not wish them on an enemy.

The poorest and the most non-professional company on the face of earth. Person take their time to apply for a vacancy and they don't even respond to that vacancy in months and ghost your application like nothing.

Be VERY careful with this employer. Their business practices are at best, morally questionable and at worst... Well I'll let you read between the lines there. The things you witness at Sykes, and the behaviour of the management toward the employees will leave you both saddened and infuriated. But the saddest thing of all is that such a business is even allowed to exist in Germany, especially when their business model and primary source of revenue are entirely based on the exploitation of their employees. Indeed, I would not wish this employer on my absolute worst enemy... Nobody deserves that.

They take advantage of employees, dot not keep promises and break agreements. They have no back up plan for emergencies, managers that don’t care about your shifts, don’t care about clients and care way less about you. No flexibility.
