The entrance is located inside the bar for the first arrival, so tricky and awkward. It's convenient to hang out and visit museums. The reception staff is friendly and gentle, he helped me a lot. Tiny bath, average clean. decent price.

Apartment no.5 - roomy and generally nice, was pretty clean at a time of my visit (except for kitchenware), but neglected and in mediocre condition (no toilet cover...). Wi-fi and electric kettle not working. Difficult contact with a manager (I did it with a help of kind service from a restaurant below). Advantages are excellent location and cheaper price.

Horrible experience... We thought we r gonna have an actuall 'apartment', but the fact is that we only had a small room, with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. We were very disappointed. I did not want to complain, until I saw LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLES HAIR IN THE BED!!!! So they absolutely did not change the sheets!!!! My husband wanted to change to another good hotel immediately but i didn't want to make it so complicated cuz we only stay 2nights so in the end we endured it. I do not suggest any people to stay more than 1night. For us this is the first and also the last time staying here. About the bathroom, it is very dirty, lots of black points in the shower cabin and of course it was also very small. To sum it up, price-value which we paid for 85 per night is bad and we didn't feel comfortable at all.

Stayed there in a studio with my wife for one night. The room has a private bathroom but it is located in the corridor. It actually looks like a dormitory for 2-3 rooms. The place was quite clean and neat. TV didn't work or may be I just didn't set up it well. There was no air conditioning in the room. But that wasn't a problem since we stayed in the middle of September. The neighborhood itself was quite quiet, but cafe's guests were a little noisy. We closed the window that faced the street and everything was find. In total the location was great, just about 5-10 min by foot to Aleksander platz. The price were really great. We played only 35 for one night for a double room. So overall it was a good experience.

be careful...you can stay without a room just a few days before your trip.and they dont pay any cent of compensation. Its your personal problem if you stay without a room with 4 kids, sad experience.
