Ordinary Berlin

No respect for the people and time! 2,5 hours of waiting even with an appointment! No given solution to the problem after radiotherapy! Bad service, never again :(

When I was pregnant I went there for a check up as I started to bleed. They told me that they couldn't see a heartbeat and explained that they didnt have the best equipment so I needed to go and see my doctor on Monday.. and that was Friday. It caused me a lot of stress and tears to find out on Monday that everything was okay. Unfortunately 3 weeks later I got there again as I had a miscarriage and I was left on the corridor to wait to be seen by a doctor for 3 hours - bleeding. In the end at 2am they confirmed that it was a miscarriage and sent me home. Covered in blood, only advised to take painkillers at home. Horrible experience. I can understand they see this things everyday but more human approach would be appreciated.

I was there around 9pm on a Saturday night and it was quite empty. I was seen very quickly and did not have to wait very long - unusual for a A&E. The doctor was nice and I immediately got an X Ray, then waited and received result and treatment. We were out by 12am. It was quick and nice service for both Berlin and what the poor staff have to deal with everyday.

Our daughter has been going here for a while, first the emergency then were a few times in the children's neurology staying a few nights and now we're regularly there for check ups and such. The only negative was some of the not great mooded nurses when we were staying over night but from everyone else we have had to deal with only one or two were disagreeable. In total I'm super happy we chose this hospital for our daughters continual problems. I feel well taken care of, the doctors take their time, when they have it to explain everything step by step, really seem to care and pay attention to the parents needs and wants! I can't suggest this place more than I hope I have!
