Great location next to the wasserturm. Good options for breakfast and brunch. Food was tasty and service was good !

Good Russian restaurant located in a nice district. If you are new to Russian cuisine - there are options of menus with pre-selected dishes. Vegetarian options are also available. Out of dishes I have tried here, I would highlight borscht (yum!), syrniki (sweet cottage cheese pancakes) and Napoleon cake The staff speaks Russian. Outdoor tables are available on the terrace in the summer. It is possible to pay by card here. Table reservation is possible online.

I planned to arrive in Berlin on Sunday morning and had found Restaurant Pasternak in advance. I was not disappointed. It is out of the tourist areas and attended by all locals. I sat on a beautiful patio seat. The street side patio was spaces with comfortable seats with a bit of shade. My brunch was delicious. I had eggs with house smoked salmon and prawns, topped with caviar.

Amazing Russian food. The menu is in Russian, German, and English. The dumplings and crepes are incredible.
