Patrick gave an appointment in a very short time. He was fully booked, but rather than declining he came to make make work at 6.45 am to fix the urgent problem. Prior his visit he took plenty of time and analyzed the problem to take look at the pictures of the problem to make sure he will bring the right armature. It means I did not have to buy anything myself which saved me plenty of time and prevent buying something which would not fit. There is another issue in my apartment, which is not urgent and I could have make another choice. Patrick will come again to this task, which means I am very satisfied with his first work and hire him again without looking any further. By the way, he speaks perfect English.
