I lost my bag one month ago. It had my 2000 laptop, 350 Beats Headphones, and a lot of expensive stuff. I found a report on the Berlin lost and found website matching my bag details, then I headed to BVG office and I was welcomed by 2 men that were very very friendly and polite. In only 1 minute I got my bag back, paid only 7 Euros and got the money that was in the bag fully. How I can describe my happiness for this. I really appreciate everything and many thanks BVG :)
