I went to the emergency room after cutting off a piece of my thumb while grating cheese. Staff spoke English, was super helpful and nice. All in all everything (registration, inspection of the finger, cleaning and bandaging the wound, receiving the post-treatment papers and some medication) took about 20 minutes. Additionally the receptionist really made me laugh when after hearing that I cut my finger she asked \in a war?\ :D If you need to go to an emergency I totally recommend this place!

Been here during Corona times. Besides some waiting time, it was most likely the best hospital experiance so far. Doctors and staff are explaining what they are doing, everything (at least appears so) was well cleaned and maintenanced. Well, whenever necessary againe, I go straight to the BWK.

I got three surgeries amid the coronavirus pandemics and my experience was excellent: competent doctors, nice nurses, up to date equipment and detailed explanation regarding the procedures. Talking to my roommate he also agreed that his experience at the BwK Berlin was tiptop.

Very qualified and professional nurses and doctors and very fast and caring service in the emergency room! When I had a bike accident back in July by getting in the tram tracks with my bike tires I very quickly got admitted to the emergency room via ambulance. Got a face mask provided by the hospital and a very friendly and professional nurse looked after my scratches. Not even 20 minutes later a doctor came to look after my arm, checked everything else and less than 30 minutes later I was taken to the X-ray. Very quickly I got the diagnosis that I had a broken elbow but that it wasn’t too complicated and that I’d just need a cast which was put on very fast and efficiently as well. All in all I was in and out after 2 1/2 hours (even got some pain killers for home because it was Saturday night and right before closing time for the pharmacy’s) and if had insisted they probably would have taken me in over night but as I was feeling fine (despite the broken elbow) I left with a very good feeling. I can very much recommend the emergency room as they took care of me very well!

My wife had an allergic reaction, had to taker her to the emergency ward.\tOn call doctor checked and even called the dermatologist for second opinion. Great Doctors & service, they really take time to understand and diagnose which is exactly whats needed. Staff also provided instructions in a friendly manner
