Extremely pathetic delivery service. They mention 60 min est time of delivery (on Lieferando). After 1.5 hour I called them to ask how much more it is gonna take. They made lame excuses like "our original place near Tierpark is under service, and the food is gonna come from Mitte" (which is 20 min away from my place), and that it would take 20 min more. I called them again after 20 min, and asked them to check on their driver; they said they'd get back to me on call in 10 min. After 10 min the driver called and said that it'd take 10 min more. 2.5 hours passed and still no food. I was reading people's reviews on Lieferando, almost everyone had complained about the extremely long delivery time, mentioning from 2 hours to 4 hours. I called them again, and we had a quarrel; they kept making lame excuses. Eventually, the food arrived after 2 hours and 50 min. The food was not warm enough, and the taste quality was average to mediocre (among the multiple items I had ordered). My whole study time was wasted because of being hungry. They currently have 4 out of 5 rating on Lieferando, which now seems to me to be faked.

Absolute Frechheit!! Da wartet man 2 Stunden auf sein Essen und es fehlt die hälfte!! Angerufen und reklamiert. Aushilfe hätte die Bestellung falsch einsortiert, im Moment sind keine Fahrer da. Nach 60 min nochmals angerufen, dort wurde uns gesagt, dass wir weiter 20 min warten sollen. Nach gütigen 45 min nochmals angerufen und uns wurde gesagt, dass jemand in 15 min bei uns sei. nach nochmaligen 20 min warten wieder angerufen und dort wurde gesagt weitere 20 min warten. Mittlerweile haben sie geschlossen und keiner geht mehr ans Telefon. Absolute Frechheit!!! 5x Anrufen und nichts passiert. Super Masche, die Kunden bis nach Ladenschluss hin zu halten um nicht mehr Liefern zu müssen und Geld kassieren wofür keine Ware geliefert wurde. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!

Nie wieder! Nach 2 Std. Wartezeit fällt den Herrschaften auf, dass der Fahrtweg 40 min beträgt und sie die Lieferung stornieren müssen!!! Absolute Frechheit, alleine 2 Std. zu warten um ein wahrscheinlich schon fertiges Chicken Curry überhaupt mal los zu schicken!!! Schlechtester Inder überhaupt!
