Great place for hanging out with group of friends or just to have a chat with friend, have outdoor and indoor tables, staffs are nice and super friendly, I tried menu midi with main course and drink, cost 11.5 eu/ each person. The food is delicious and appropriate with the price.

We go there quite often, nice beers and nice atmosphere - as a German in Nantes this really the only acceptable Biergarten that I've found so far. We recently celebrated a birthday with 15 people there, the snacks are really nice! Concerning the service I've had some quite mixed experiences - like waiting for a round of pitchers for 20 min. I've seen long lines at the bar with no-one at the tap for several minutes - not very well organized!
Beautiful experience. Friendly and tasty
The beer is nice. Crowded by young people, mostly university students. Very nice environment for youth to hangout with friends and seep on beer.

If German beer and some good burgers is what you are looking for, then look no other place; Berlin 1989 really one of the finest in Nantes. Here a pint of beer can cost you 6.5 (4 during Happy Hours -4pm to 6:30pm) and burger around 10. This place is usually crowded so make sure you reserve table well in advanced. So will I visit again? Definitely.
