Exceptionally poor service. Ordered food two and a half hours ago. No communication. Ordered was cancelled when, after calling repeatedly, we were finally informed the food was still in the kitchen. Had they been honest about how out of their depth they were, we’d have gone elsewhere

Food is usually ok, but the delivery service is diabolical. They are always late. Once i had to go out in the rain trying to find him so he cod pass the food through the window, another time is was left on my secluded doorstep (no access unless you know where to go) only for it to have vanished in less than 2 minutes. 30 spent on no food, not even an offer of a refund. Absolutely furious, disappointed.
Never knew of this restaurant before but researched local takeaways, had first takeaway tonight and it didn't disappoint was absolutely lovely. With lockdown can't visit but so looking forward to my first visit when this is over. Lovely food and lived up to my very high expectations and delivered on time by a lovely gentleman. Thank you.
The food arrived an hour late. Not only that, but having ordered a duck ramen, the poultry content turned out to be half bone! Shocking. Our first time of ordering and will not be using this place again.
The starters are sensational! Although, 6 pounds delivery fee with a 20 pound minimum spend is a little steep...
