I ordered food via their website at 12pm for delivery that evening (7pm), all paid for online. 30mins after the delivery time I called to ask where my food was, the restaurant then went on to apologise and would make it a priority in the kitchen. I then received a call 10mins later to inform me that they don't deliver to Hemel... they went on to blame the website for being incorrect; again, not my fault, and no exception was going to be made for their error. Nothing on their site said this, in fact there is a map that showed the delivery radius which we were in. They started to tell me it wouldn't be fair to other customers if the driver had to drop an order in Hemel. They offered me a refund but if I hadn't called I doubt anything would have happened.

Now called Rossana's Sicilian kitchen, it's had a major revamp and is much more glam than its previous incarnation. Fantastic authentic dishes, lovely surroundings, friendly staff and laid back vibe.
Lovely ambiance, wine and service. Food delicious (quite rich). Overall excellent experience.
Fantastic local cafe / restaurant. Full of charm and personal contact. It's refreshing to see people working in their own business. Good food great service with character
