We completed the sale of our maisonette through Caron and Tiffany at Sovereign Estates. They are both very professional, supportive, honest and helpful. We found it a very smooth process, we was given regular updates and any questions we had was responded to quickly via the WhatsApp group/ phone call / email whichever suited us, even out of hours!! They went above and beyond, nothing was ever to much hassle. Thank you again, you’ll definitely have returning customers if we ever move again!

From our very first viewing Sovereign Estates were brilliant. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and they really went above and beyond in what at times was quite a fraught process with our seller. Our conveyancing solicitor left a lot to be desired, but Sovereign Estates even supported here, by following up between parties and making sure that actions went ahead. When we come to sell and move again, Sovereign Estates will be the top of our list!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sovereign. They set up a way of working immediately and are always contactable. They are head and shoulders above any other management companies I’ve worked with. Excellent customer service and extremely professional.

Friendly, professional and efficient service. Tiffany Bunclark was fantastically helpful throughout (especially important for first time buyers!) and we completed in less than 3 months during a pandemic and a stamp duty frenzy. Would definitely use their services in the future.
