Nice staff and good location. Unfortunately super tiny room, you can barely walk around the bed, and incredibly noisy. You hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you and in the staircase and outside... Impossibile to sleep without earplugs. Also the facilities, f. ex. the bathroom, were not really up to current standards, especially considering the rather expensive rate (125 p night for a double)

Breakfast was very tasty. The rooms are clean and advanced, the Staffel is friendly and speaks netherlandish, german and english. The bathroom also has a rain shower, I liked it very much.
In de corona tijd. Redelijk goed.jammer dat niet alle gerechten er niet waren.in het restaurant. Bediening was goed en vriendelijk.
Leuk hotel midden in het centrum van Bergen. Kamers zijn wel klein als je het gaat vergelijken met de foto's die op de site staan. Wij hadden namelijk wel een tafeltje met stoelen verwacht waar je even aan kon zitten. Kamers zijn behoorlijk warm en dat krijg je er ook niet uit, raam heeft hele nacht open gestaan. Het bed is doorgezakt, daar kan je dus niet een hele nacht op liggen. Als ik een hotel boek wil ik minimaal de luxe van thuis hebben en dat was nu dus zeker niet het geval..
Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en diner was zalm en biefstuk lekker. Badkamer vieze lucht. Verder schoon. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Bedmatras goed, maar verschoven helaas. Verder prettig verblijf.
