Potentially the best pancakes in the Netherlands are here. They are made a bit thinner but the taste is amazing. Have come here for many years and will continue to do so in the future. Even the Alkmaar soocer team comes here.

Beautiful building, nice pancakes. We weren't impressed by how slow service was. It took about 30 minutes to get the bill. One in our party had a gluten free pancake, but she was really disappointed with the flavour. She makes gluten free pancakes at home which taste much better. I would go again as it's cheap and cheerful, and great for kids and in a lovely location but only if we bad no special diets needing catered to.
We arrived an hour and a bit before closing time and were told the kitchen was about to close l, we sat down and were then told the burners for the pancakes were off and could not be turned back on cause they had been cleaned but we could still get pizza. Disappointing cause we came for the pancakes and had looking up their closing time online ahead. Throughout dinner the staff was loudly closing down, cleaning around us and making us thereby feel generally unwanted.
I only come here to have the famous Pannenkoeken and a good beer. Highly recommend if you want to walk around Berge, bike to the beach or walk through the woods.
Great place for families with kids. Super tasty pancakes, nice ambiance and friendly staff. Will be back many times.
