This was the most awesome experience buying a car (and I have bought many cars). Our salesperson, Jordan Davis, was absolutely outstanding. Jordan went above and beyond, was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and answered my never-ending questions with so much patience and grace. We were looking for a specific car and we are from Houston, Texas so I was a little nervous about an out-of-state dealership and had lots of extra questions plus I am very demanding (poor guy!). He was so fabulous throughout this purchase. When we flew in from Houston to pick up the car, he was so accommodating and even suggested restaurants. There were no surprises and it was a seamless experience from Jordan to Earl (Sales Manager) and Jason (Finance). I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jordan Davis. First rate customer service! Definitely worth the road trip!

I just got my VW passat and am not familiar with the brand at all. I started having some problems with the car, so I called Berge and got connected to Brandon. He was completely up front about what could be wrong, costs, and even looked up any warranties the car had. The shuttle service was also really convenient and fast. I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase more services and overall it was just a really simple process with great service. Berge will definitely be where I go for all services from now on!

Just wanted to give a big shout to the team at Berge Volkswagen. They made the buying experience fast and pleasurable. One person in particular is our salesman Jordan Davis. He listened to what we wanted and we ended up with the vehicle we wanted and more. His knowledge of the vehicle we test drove was on point.
