Our experience at Berganza couldn't have been better from start to finish. The service was impeccable and Alexandra helped so much with our search for the perfect engagement ring. She listened to our wishes and guided us towards some of the most beautiful pieces of jewellery we'd ever seen. It really was such a special experience and the lifetime service that you receive after purchasing from Berganza makes deciding to purchase from them even easier! We really can't recommend them enough, we'll hopefully be back very soon for our wedding bands and no doubt again in the future.

Buying from Berganza was a 5* experience from beginning to end. I was looking for a Ruby Anniversary piece of jewellery and in lock down was very nervous about buying 'online'. I needn't have worried. I found it very helpful having an initial video recording of each ring on line to check what it looked like on someone's hand and then I made an appointment with Alex and she was able to show me my choice of rings, try them on her hand etc to make it easy to make a choice. She was very professional and knows her subject well. The ring arrived safely and beautifully wrapped. It needed a slight increase in size and that was also dealt with quickly and efficiently - result - perfect fit! I am very tempted to order again in the near future.
