We recently bought a property through Beresfords Upminster and have been dealing from the start with Nathan, Nathan was very hardworking, polite and professional. Helped us and looked out for us from start to finish. This was during an extremely busy time for Beresfords but they were always so willing to help and got the job done! In Nathan’s absence we also dealt with Rob and Mike (towards the end) and they were both also very knowledgeable and helpful, if we had queried something with them they always managed to find out for us. We want to thank Beresfords for making our buying process easier!

Didn’t end up renting through Beresfords but the team have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Sharon at the office is very personable as is Neil who showed me round various properties. Regular contact with new properties on the market which is very handy as it’s impossible to be on Rightmove constantly checking for new places.
