My experience with Beresfords was excellent and this was due to the wonderful service received from Wendy Ellis in the Shenfield office, Wendy is a great credit to your company in that she is polite, so very helpful, an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable about the property business and any potential structural alterations. She was really kind and understanding with my partner and myself and I know she went out her way (going the extra mile) to help us and is incredibly patient and makes you feel valued as a customer. I cannot praise Wendy enough and, should I have to sell a property in the future, I will have no hesitation but to contact Beresford again because of Wendy. Rebecca Rollison at Beresfords in Shenfield was amazing throughout our transaction. Rebecca kept us up to date and informed perfectly constantly throughout our transaction, which was very long and tedious. I don't believe we would of got to exchange of contracts if it wasn't for Rebecca's continuous support and outstanding work with the rest of our chain. She was amazing and we are very grateful for her hard work. Will definitely use Beresfords when selling our home in the future.

I’ve been with Beresfords for a number of years now and they have been incredibly helpful to me. I use their introduction services, meaning they do the hard work of finding and vetting the right potential tenants. Beresfords also give timely advice, most recently regarding the tenancy deposit scheme and what the options are to lodge a dispute should elements of the tenancy agreement not be met. I’m not a “professional” landlady, I’m not doing this for profit, just to keep my little flat that I love until I’m to old for stairs and want to downsize. I highly recommend Beresfords Lettings Agency and enjoy their professional and conscientious services.
