Brilliant and such a helpful team. We went to view a beautiful house to let and the team did everything possible to ensure we got it. I have bombarded all the staff with phone calls and each time they were so helpful and reassuring. I would 100% go back here again the staff are fantastic and will do everything in their power to try and get you that house your desperate for.
I can honestly say I have never met a lettings team like the team at Beresford Adams, Prestatyn. They have guided us through an application process that hasn't been as smooth as we thought but the support they have provided has been amazing. Where the vetting process can sometimes be lengthy this team have patience with customers, a good sense of humour and an understanding that applicants are service users as well as the homeowners and they will treat you with respect from start to finish. Aysha has been so helpful in finding the right investment property for me, I live far away and she has tried her best to accommodate me with viewings etc to my time schedule.
