I called the clinic and finally was able to speak with someone. However I was told that 2 months after my visit to Dr. Ivey my referral still had gone through, not due to rejection, but due to staff not following up when the fax did not go through. I asked the receptionist why this wasn't followed up on and why no one thought to get in touch with me either after multiple email and call attempts and her reply was \I don't know\. I think this is comical as I visited Dr. Ivey the first week in May and I called and sent multiple emails asking about this referral during the month of May and the receptionist told me it hadn't even been sent out until June 3. Meaning the office forgot or just didn't care enough to do what they said they would do during my appointment. I asked the receptionist also why no one had looked at my notes that the had been returned from a local clinic and she said that \No one had seen them and that she'd give them to the nurse\. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to call a doctors office to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to. I have had the WORST experience so far with this office and it's very sad as Dr. Ivey is a great doctor. It's her staff that is the issue. Each time I have visited the office I wait in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes and then they take me to a room in the back, where I am so fortunate to wait another 30-40 minutes. Making a trip to the doctor almost a half of a day affair. I expect the referrals to go out when I am told they will be and when I email and request some kind of response or call back, as a patient, I expect it. Especially when I have also called the office multiple times and left voicemails. I am to the point where negligence when in comes to my health will not be tolerated. Beware, as Dr. Ivey is great, you might not be please with her staffing. It's a common issue throughout the reviews on Google.

Made an appointment and had to reschedule as I am too in the health care field and was unable to make it. The office never called to confirm and I called to confirm and never heard back about my appointment. I called today for make an appointment and the girl at the front desk was so incredibly rude and said since I was a o show\ that they typically don't make any further appointments however she would go ahead and make an acception.....Uh how about no thanks. This is Bentonville, there are 5 billion other PCP's I can go to.

Don't expect a call back, ever. Waiting on necessary prescription renewal for 2 weeks and her office does not return calls to you or pharmacy. Also not reachable via patient portal, so they are virtually impossible to get in contact with. Not a good attribute considering she is a doctor.
